Responsibilities

- Drive complex, cross-functional HR initiatives tied to Revenue org priorities, including headcount planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management
- Be both an advocate for employees and a champion for the business, balancing the needs of a high-performing, fast-moving Revenue organization with a strong employee experience
- Advise and coach employees at all levels using a consultative approach, helping them strengthen working relationships, navigate challenges, and grow their careers at Braze
- Serve as a connector and amplifier for the broader People team, ensuring Revenue org insights and needs are well-represented in company-wide programs and initiatives
Requirements
- You're a seasoned HR business partner with deep experience supporting Revenue and go-to-market organizations, and you thrive operating at the intersection of executive partnership, regional coordination, and global collaboration. You're ready to make this role your own!
- Specifically, you have:
- 10+ years of full-time HR business partner experience in the SaaS technology industry, with experience supporting Revenue, Sales, or go-to-market organizations at scale
- An ironclad understanding of human resources best practices, employment law and employee relations
- Impeccable judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity as situations require
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and infl
