Requirements

• Good domain knowledge in Capital Markets or Financial Markets products

• Prompt/Context/Skills Engineering
• The person will be working with business users closely to
• Understand the problem-statement
• Self-Engage in discovery sessions (do own homework and research on business use-case, data sets, interface systems, etc.)
• Analyse the requirements, design and develop an end-to-end product using Claude Design tools and demonstrate to seek business endorsement
• Work with development team to operationalize the implementation
• Operate confidently at senior stakeholder levels: Communicate clearly, concisely, and with authority when engaging MD-level stakeholders.
• Hold their ground in high-intensity forums: Be able to articulate views with facts, define decisions based on assessment, and engage constructively in challenging discussions- such as review meetings with senior leaders
• Education
• Bachelor's degree in computer science
