About the role
As Engagement Manager , you will lead end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements across technology-led sectors including TMT, Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom, and Semiconductors . Responsibilities
- End-to-End Engagement Delivery
- Own engagement delivery from kickoff through final output, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead multiple workstreams and proactively manage risks to ensure predictable delivery and client confidence.
- Drive structured, insight-led deliverables translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Research & Insight Development
- Guide teams on primary and secondary research methodologies.
- Validate data quality and ensure analytical rigor across deliverables.
- Refine insights and implications (qualitative and quantitative) to strengthen strategic recommendations.
- Ensure outputs meet high standards of consulting-grade writing and visual storytelling.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Lead client communication and expectation management across engagements.
- Maintain structured engagement cadence and ensure alignment on scope and outcomes.
- Engage effectively with CXO and senior stakeholders to deliver decision-ready outputs.
- Manage research partners and vendors where applicable.
- Business Development & Solutioning
- Support deal pursuits through client discussions, solution shaping, and proposal development.
- Design engagement structures including resourcing plans, effort estimates, travel assumptions, and pricing inputs.
- Build proof-of-concepts where required and contribute to solution narratives and sales collateral.
- Practice Development & Knowledge Building
- Support capability development and practice-building initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership through frameworks, knowledge nuggets, whitepapers, and capability decks.
- Help codify repeatable methodologies and build reusable consulting assets.
- People Leadership & Coaching
- Lead and motivate consulting teams while coaching on research, analysis, and consulting communication.
- Provide clear expectations, feedback, and mentorship to drive performance.
- Maintain strong execution discipline in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- What You Bring
- Experience & Background
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a top-tier university; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of consulting experience with ownership of end-to-end engagements.
- Domain exposure across technology-driven industries such as TMT, Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Semiconductors .
- Exposure to GCC strategy or global operating model advisory is a plus.
