- What You Bring

- 5+ years in a sales leadership role , with proven success as a player/coach.
- Deep understanding of the Japanese business landscape, culture, and decision-making processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments.
- Experience selling into B2B enterprise accounts, with thorough knowledge across departments and decision makers.
- Experience successfully selling data-driven products around demand generation, display advertising and intent solutions highly preferred.
- Possess technical knowledge of data analytics and data integration to CRMs and MAPs.
- Fluency in Japanese and English (required).
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, development, and team growth.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar diciplines. (MBA preferred).
