Requirements

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
• Experience working cross functionally across several teams
• Experience counseling on supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment services in a technology-driven environment

Amazon Legal is looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) and Amazon Multichannel Fulfillment (MCF), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com. Key job responsibilities - Counseling the marketing, sales, and business development teams on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters. - Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions. - Providing day-to-day input on business and strategy, and resolving issues that arise in commercial relationships. - Developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and building processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.
