Responsibilities
- Responsible for technically leading aspects of projects, supporting Project Managers and technical teams to deliver within scope, budget, timeframe, and high-quality standards.

- Ensure assigned teams effectively coordinate with the other disciplines to ensure there are no design gaps providing fully coordinated design deliverables. This includes the support of the construction supervision teams.
Requirements
- You are a qualified Structural Engineer holding a Master's degree as a minimum.
- At least 15 years' experience post obtaining qualification
- Ability to develop key and trusted client relationships that can lead to new business.
- Excellent presentation and sales skills with proven ability to influence and persuade, particularly in relation to closing major project deals
- Demonstrated collaborative skills, both internally and externally
- Involved in based projects outside Romania (US, Canada, Europe and Australia) projects is an advantage
- Have a working knowledge of Revit, STAAD.Pro and other software.

We are currently recruiting an Structural Engineer for in-house structural design of a wide variety of projects, including, but not limited to, bridges and viaducts; earth retaining structures, underground structures; culverts and building structures, to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of projects. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East.
