Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or Economics).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data-driven business analytics. The core of your experience must be in analyzing complex datasets to generate business-critical insights and strategic recommendations.
- Analytical Core: Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a proven track record of using modern BI/data visualization tools to extract insights from complex datasets.
- The "Detective" Mindset: Demonstrated ability to independently investigate data to identify growth drivers and performance gaps without a predefined roadmap.
- Communication & Synthesis: Proven experience translating complex, raw data into clear, succinct, and "executive-ready" presentations that highlight the "so what."
- Relationship Management: Ability to develop strong partnerships across departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and influence decision-making without direct authority.
- Operational Excellence: High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, paired with the organizational skills to balance multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
