- ICSA / Chartered Secretary qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of:
- Singapore Companies Act
- ACRA compliance requirements
- Corporate governance practices
- Experience managing a team and reviewing work independently
- Familiarity with corporate secretarial software and filing platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
