Additional Information

As a Site Superintendent, you will manage on-site, daily construction, installation, and maintenance of underground utility infrastructure (water, sewer, storm drainage) and site work. Responsibilities Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise field crews and subcontractors for the installation of underground utilities, including water mains, sanitary sewer systems, and storm drainage. Scheduling & Logistics: Plan day-to-day operations, prioritize tasks, and manage material deliveries and equipment onsite. Quality Control & Compliance: Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and adherence to municipal or site regulations. Safety Leadership: Enforce safety policies, including OSHA standards and company-specific safety programs, to maintain a safe work environment. Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met. Field Operations: Perform inspections of work in progress, manage site logistics (fencing, erosion control, site preparation).
