Are you a dynamic sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams and closing deals? SIXT is looking for an ambitious Telesales manager BeNeLux to spearhead our B2B growth strategy and lead our talented telesales team from our Hoofddorp headquarters. As Telesales manager BeNeLux, you'll be at the forefront of our corporate client development, managing accounts with potential turnovers of up to €50,000. Reporting into our BeNeLux Sales Director, you'll lead a team of 6 passionate Telesales representatives, driving both hunting (new business) and farming (account development) strategies across small, medium, and large accounts. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Lead & Inspire Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing team of Telesales representatives Coach and motivate your team with structured telephone sales techniques Foster a dynamic, results-driven team culture Drive Results Develop and expand our corporate client portfolio Monitor and optimize KPIs for hunting and farming activities Ensure consistent achievement of sales objectives Collaborate & Innovate Coordinate with local and international teams across different levels of seniority Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to strengthen SIXT's position Master and leverage sales tools including Genesis and Salesforce (SFDC) YOUR SKILLS COUNT Proven track record in B2B telesales with several years of successful experience Demonstrated experience managing and developing sales teams Results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding objectives Fluency in Dutch and English Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) You thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments You're passionate about sales and coaching others to success You have a proven expertise in telephone-based sales techniques You bring a good sense of humor and positive energy to your team You're comfortable working across multiple locations and cultures
