Field Care Supervisor - Full Time

Requirements

• You'll be someone who enjoys connecting with people and
• supporting
• others to do their best work. You'll also need: Experience in social care at a supervisory level, or looking to progress to a supervisory level.
• Ideally, but not essential, Level 2 NVQ in Health and social care.
• A well-organised, self-motivated approach
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including on-call duties
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• A day in the life of a Field Care Supervisor
• As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll be a
• supportive
• point of contact for both clients and care staff. You'll spend time out in the community visiting clients, checking in with your team, and making sure everyone feels supported and
• confident
• in the care they provide. You'll carry out:
• Care assessments and reviews
• monitor wellbeing and safety
• Support
• staff through guidance and regular supervisions
• Help create a culture where people feel
• comfortable raising concerns and sharing

• Ensure safeguarding and safety standards are always maintained
• The role also includes taking part in the on-call rota, with some weekend working when required.
