Responsibilities

Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical training in broadcasting, media production, or a related field preferred.
- At least three years of hands-on television broadcast or live production (both linear and digital) experience preferred.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and proficiency in operating production control room equipment.
- Hands-on expertise with news production tools, vMix, audio mixers, studio lighting, teleprompter systems, and studio cameras.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately under time pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating technical cues in high-pressure, live situations.
- Ability to maintain composure and adaptability during breaking news and high-stakes events.
- Commitment to teamwork and technical excellence.
- Quick reaction skills for error correction during live broadcasts.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operation, including various shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
