About the role
Position Summary We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join our organization. This role combines business intelligence, analytics, automation, and sales operations to improve the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) sales process. The ideal candidate has experience developing Power BI dashboards, Power Apps solutions, workflow automation, reporting systems, and data pipelines while partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Project Management, and Operations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps interfaces that streamline sales enablement and business workflows. Build interactive Power BI dashboards for sales forecasting, project performance, pipeline visibility, KPI reporting, and executive decision making. Develop automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Excel, VBA/Macros, Power Query, SmartDocs, and Microsoft Office tools. Design and optimize Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics (DA) solutions utilizing Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms. Develop reusable reporting frameworks that reduce manual reporting efforts and improve operational efficiency. Build and optimize SQL queries, ETL processes, and data pipelines to improve reporting performance and data quality. Support Salesforce administration, including user management, opportunity tracking, reporting dashboards, and sales forecasting. Manage SharePoint sites, GTM folder structures, document libraries, proposal repositories, and sales enablement tools. Own and continuously improve automated GTM workflow tools including proposal generation, reporting automation, meeting coordination, and sales documentation. Collaborate with Sales, Bid Management, Project Management, Product teams, and Leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities that improve productivity, reporting accuracy, and decision making. Produce executive-level dashboards and visualizations that communicate key business in Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement. Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards and interactive reporting solutions. Experience building Power Apps applications and workflow automation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VBA/Macros, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas. Strong SQL development experience. Experience working with Salesforce CRM administration and reporting. Experience with Tableau and/or Alteryx. Familiarity with ETL processes and cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred). Experience managing SharePoint sites and document repositories. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python for automation or analytics. Knowledge of Databricks, Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or other modern data engineering tools. Experience developing KPI dashboards for executive leadership. Experience supporting PMOs, project tracking, milestone reporting, or resource utilization dashboards. Experience creating reusable BI frameworks and automation solutions that improve reporting efficiency. Exposure to AI-assisted reporting, document automation, or workflow optimization. Knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, or Copilot technologies.
