As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you'll own the full recruitment cycle -from crafting job descriptions to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your role is key to building strong talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational needs. This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 13 months to cover maternity leave. Role and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles in a consultative way. Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct screening interviews. Drive candidate selection with hiring panels and ensure a smooth process. Build strong sourcing strategies through agencies, universities, and social media. Monitor recruitment trends and provide insights to HR and leadership. Coordinate the employee referral program. Maintain data integrity and compliance with KPIs and SLAs. Support TA policies, continuous improvement, and Works Council alignment.
