Job description Develop & operate scalable backend services to support endpoint security and peripheral use cases on public clouds (AWS, Azure, ...etc) Design & implement ways to measure and validate the quality of customer experience we deliver Analyze & resolve customer problems by listening to data and customer feedbacks Required skills 2+ years of backend development and operation experience on public clouds (AWS, Azure, ...etc) Experience in event driven architecture Experienced in leveraging container technology and cluster management tools (Docker, Kubernetes, ...etc) Experienced in RDBMS or NoSQL data stores (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, ...etc) Experience in Go language and Python Nice to have skills Experience in data analytics is a big plus Experience in automation test development is a big plus Experience in managed services on public clouds (Aurora MySQL, EKS, AKS, MSK and ADX, ...etc) Personality Good English communication skill and proactive mindset in global team collaboration Strong analytic thinking and problem solving skills; dare to fail but make sure we learn from experience.
