Junior Business Development Executive (Recruitment) - Build Your Career in Talent Solutions #HDC

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels and conduct interviews via phone, virtual platforms, or in person.
• Match qualified candidates to suitable opportunities based on client requirements and career aspirations.
• Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain clear communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for successful candidates.
• Prepare and administer employment-related documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations and company procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through excellent service and timely follow-up.
• Participate in regular sales and team meetings to review performance, share market insights, and contribute to business growth.
• Assist with operational matters and other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership, sports, or co-curricular involvement will be an added advantage.
• Able to commence work within a short notice is advantageous.
