We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer (PE) to serve as a technical lead and project manager for civil/site projects including site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management. This role is responsible for leading design from concept through permitting and construction, managing scope/budget/schedule, and coordinating directly with clients and agencies on a mix of public and private work. The ideal candidate brings strong technical judgment, a collaborative leadership style, and experience navigating complex review environments; NYC/NYS or NJ agency experience is strongly preferred. The salary range for this role is $115-$160k; depending on experience.
