You are someone with: Experience: For Consultants, 2-4 years, and for Senior Consultants, 4-7 years, preferably in consulting or professional services environment and/or HR/people/talent development roles. Senior Consultants should also have some past team leadership/management experience in a professional capacity. Qualification: A tertiary qualification relevant to people at work and business understanding is desired. Topics include, but are not limited to: Change Management, Organisational Development, Organisational Behaviour, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Adult Education, Human Resource Development/Management, Communications, Labour Economics, and Behavioural Theory. AI Adaptability: Demonstrated openness to learning and applying new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to solve complex workforce and organisational challenges. Expertise: Proven experience in areas such as designing and delivering organisational operating models, change management programmes, organisation redesign, learning and development strategies, strategic workforce planning and succession planning. Communication Skills: Requires near-native fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to create compelling presentations and reports. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to gain trust and confidence from colleagues and clients through effective collaboration. Project Management: Developed skills in managing complex, multi-faceted projects, ensuring successful delivery.
