A Day in the Life The overall responsibility of a Home Care/Hospice Clinical Supervisor is to provide leadership and support to field staff ensuring that Home Care patients receive excellent care that is supported by best practice in the most efficient and fiscally responsible manner. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision. What's Required Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a BSN, ADN with completion of a BA/BS or BSN within 3 years, or graduation from an approved school of Physical or Occupational Therapy 2 years Home Care or Hospice experience required 3 years clinical experience required Licensed as Registered Nurse and in good standing with the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulation or licensed as a Physical or Occupational Therapist in the State of Michigan and in good standing. OASIS certification (Home Care specific) preferred Possesses current Michigan motor vehicle license, ability to drive a car, and insured vehicle capable of transport to patient homes or other offices in various weather conditions.
