The work: Within the PMO team, the Vendor Management (VM) Senior Analyst is responsible for the following: Monitor status of purchase requisitions and change requests and escalate action as needed. Coordinate setup of resource assignments in AFS SubTime (Unanet). Assist with troubleshooting of Unanet access and time entry/submission issues Communication to resources about access updates. - Identify missing timesheets and follow up with resources until submitted Identify missing timesheet approvals (vendor and AFS) and follow up with approvers until complete. Provide list of resources excluded from non-compliance notifications to SubTime team Work with SubTime team on pending issues and errors. Additional tasks may vary by Account/Program Here's what you need: 4 year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience 2 years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support 2 years of experience with any of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Advanced knowledge of the application Bonus points if you have: Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server/Project Web Access (PWA) or other Work Planning application Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications Experience with Power BI highly preferred Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite - Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Power Point Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Ability to direct own work and that of others Leads/manages small to medium work effort and/or team Strong written and oral communication Strong problem-solving skills Eligibility : Must be U.S.citizen As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
