About the role
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery. - Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management or related role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certification
- Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects
- Understanding of SDLC and product development lifecycle
- Experience working with remote or international teams
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource planning
