About the role

Roles and Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment. - Ensure the reliability and performance of systems and applications. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. - Configure and manage network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls. - Ensure network security and address any vulnerabilities. - Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. - Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data. - Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Ensure regular backups of critical data and systems. - Develop and implement disaster recovery plans. - Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. - Prepare reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions. - Liaise with vendors and service providers for hardware and software procurement and support. - Knowledge about MS products. - Patch management and asset management. - Basic knowledge of AD Server and Firewall. - Understanding of AD server Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP - Hyper-V server understanding (Hyper-V VM creation, live VM migration). Qualification : Bachelor Of Commerce (Diploma/Certification) Or Bachelor of Science (Information Technology )
