In this role, you will support the rollout of CRM solutions, contribute to sales process optimization, and help create a seamless customer experience across our global organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will take an active role in driving Sales Effectiveness and Customer Service initiatives, directly contributing to the success of our CRM transformation programs.
