Responsibilities
- Strategic Alliances & Portfolio Development

- Operationalization & Scale
- Translate partnerships into scalable operating models including:
- Technical integration plans
- Product and roadmap alignment
- Go-to-market enablement
- Performance tracking and optimization
- Develop repeatable frameworks to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value
- Revenue & Growth
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue contribution

- Executive & External Leadership
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships across partner organizations
- Represent Micromedex externally in key industry and partnership settings
- Present partnerships strategy and performance to executive leadership
- Build and scale a partnerships function over time
- Education and Experience Requirements
- 10-15+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development in healthcare, data, or enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of structuring and scaling high-value partnerships
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, workflows, and regulatory constraints
- Experience working with AI, platform ecosystems, or data-driven solutions
- Ability to operate across strategy, deal execution, and scaling
- Preferred Skills
- Experience in clinical decision support, EHR integrations, or pharmacy systems
- Experience partnering with AI platforms, LLM providers, or automation vendors
- Familiarity with SaaS and data licensing business models
