Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and documentation
- Assist in prototyping and verification activities to assess design feasibility and manufacturability
- Work closely with Product Development teams to ensure new products are robust and production-ready

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial or related field)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Preferred:
- Internship or project experience in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with process documentation and validation activities.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will support the Manufacturing Engineering team in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
