U S Army Munitions Information System Program Manager Intern

The Semester of Service Program gives students a volunteer, project-based opportunity to support real Federal missions, gaining hands-on experience and career-ready skills. To participate, students must be enrolled at least half-time in an accredited institution and participation must be with the permission of the institution at which the student is enrolled. With this you'll support the Total Ammunition Management Information System (TAMIS) modernization. Applicants will be considered based on their knowledge, skills or abilities related to project needs. Specifically, applicants should: Analyze and document the technical requirements needed to modernize the U.S. Army's ammunition database. Improve the web-enabled interface to enhance usability for munitions managers and senior leaders. Determine essential database functions to ensure seamless management of ammunition, from requirements creation to expenditure reporting. Identify, define, and prioritize requirements on the U.S. Army's next generation ammunition database: Total Army Combat and Training Munitions Information System (TACTMIS). Advise on the development of TACTMIS plans, criteria, and project specifications.
