  • Moderate experience with relevant analytical tools and/or coding languages preferred (e.g., Alteryx, SQL, R, Python)
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills; with an in-depth knowledge of project planning and delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication skills to be able to work with clients at all levels of the organization - from the analyst to the board room
  • Emerging business development acumen with experience developing proposals from opportunity to close
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

  • Consumer packaged goods - including but not limited to the following areas: revenue growth management, trade promotion management, planning/forecasting, sales & operations planning, supply chain, warehouse and distribution
  • Ability to identify and quantify business cases impacting the P&L and/or balance sheet for manufacturing or supply chain use cases

The Manager will have two main responsibilities: Providing data driven insights for retail / consumer / industrial business to identify value creation and risk mitigating opportunities and the technology & process-driven solutions to enable them. The ability to manage, drive, and execute projects with internal/external teams to deliver on identified value opportunities. Client Development: This role includes responsibility of managing the client relationship at the executive and director levels while managing and providing oversight for the work of internal project teams.
