Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a central team of Logistics Analysts.
  • Coordinate with regional service teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of quarterly cycle counts across all SOS locations.
  • Collaborate with regional logistics & Supply Chain teams to understand and resolve system-related issues (e.g., UPS EDI failures, SVMX-SAP synchronization issues).
  • Document end-to-end processes for error resolution to establish standard operating procedures.

  • Collect and analyze data on EDI issues and conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems.
  • Manage the team's work queue, allocate resources based on capacity, and oversee performance management activities.
  • Develop a capable central team to support the Global Supply Chain in addressing data inconsistencies and transaction failures in SAP/SVMX.
  • Support master data management across SAP and related systems within the global supply chain.
  • Technical Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or higher. (Bachelor's in engineering preferred)
  • Ideally possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory & logistics management / data analytics.
  • Computer literacy, competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs.
  • Knowledge of SAP system is must.
  • Language skills in English required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations roles, with a focus on system reconciliation and error resolution.
  • Experience in working with SAP and analyzing operational data.
  • Exposure to cross-system integrations, especially SAP-EDI connections.
