Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and business culture .
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (required). Spanish is good to have.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and structured account management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or technology sectors .
  • Background in managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts in Brazil .
  • Familiarity with global organizations and matrixed environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
