We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment and systems within our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues. Minimum 3+ years of lab experience Experience in Inventory Maintenance. Basic understanding of the lab equipment's like thermal chamber and oscilloscope Should be able to Interpret Schematic Diagrams Experience in Setting up Lab Experiment Set Ups. Experience in Lab Set Up. Experience in Computer/Server Assembly & OS Installation & Configuration. Excellent communication skills required Support in day-to-day lab activities. Perform and supervise various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments Manage lab inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels Implement and enforce lab safety protocols and quality control procedures Analyze and interpret data, preparing comprehensive reports on findings Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and lab activities Participate in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures Manage lab schedules and coordinate projects to meet deadlines efficiently Bachelor's degree, ITI/Diploma Minimum 3+ years of experience in a laboratory setting Excellent knowledge of lab safety protocols and quality control procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with industry regulations and standards Effective communication and leadership abilities Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and technologies in the field Sandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
