About the role

Location: Raffles Place Duration: 1 year contract (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Salary: Up to $5000 + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Support debt financing activities, including loan documentation, covenant monitoring, and stakeholder reporting. Assist in maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions, and support debt financing policy improvements. Support the execution and monitoring of hedging activities, including reporting and valuation reviews. Prepare liquidity reports and forecasts, ensuring compliance with counterparty risk and liquidity management policies. Coordinate with internal teams to support investment transactions, due diligence, and transaction execution. Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and reporting related to debt financing, hedging, liquidity management, and investment activities. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, preferably finance related At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity (real estate exposure preferred) Basic understanding of external financing, hedging concepts and liquidity management Familiarity with treasury systems and tools (Bloomberg experience is a plus) Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
