About the role
The Opportunity As a Robot Operations Specialist, you are the human backbone of our autonomous systems. This is a hands-on role where you operate, guide and remotely monitor physical robots, ensuring smooth and safe operations at all times. Your Responsibilities Take (remote) control of robots, master precise robotic movements to record high-quality datasets. Follow quality standards to ensure dataset suitability. Intervene when autonomous systems need support Monitor live robot feeds and system dashboards, detecting anomalies and intervening promptly. Test features, report issues, and provide structured feedback to improve systems and processes. Log operational incidents and coordinate actively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow. Strong attention to detail, pattern recognition, and good hand-eye coordination (gaming experience is a plus). No prior robotics experience required - we train you! Experience in operations, logistics and/or quality control is a plus.
