Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks reported within production environments. Design, develop, and deploy high-priority change requests (CRs) ensuring seamless integration with existing core server-side architectures. Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents to implement long-term structural fixes and refactor legacy codebases. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members, championing software engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with QA, Product Managers, and Frontend teams to validate technical requirements and ensure robust, end-to-end functionality. skills and experience required. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience specializing in full-stack application development and backend engineering. Strong technical capability in Java development frameworks and building scalable server-side systems. Deep proficiency in handling relational database management systems, complex query optimization, and SQL scripting. Practical exposure to modern web technologies and frameworks, specifically ReactJS or NodeJS.
