Senior Retention Manager (Klaviyo, Email, Lifecycle)

Responsibilities

• Own results and relationships for 4-5 high-value Shopify brands (5M+/year), handling the most complex strategic challenges
• Develop advanced retention strategies and playbooks - writing your own copy and directing creative to make it bang
• Mentor specialists on the team, contribute to process improvements, and represent OKTOBER in complex client negotiations
• What we're looking for (non negotiable):
• 4+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience with agency or 8-figure+ brand background
• Expert-level retention strategy and full-funnel thinking - not just email metrics
• A proven relationship builder who operates with strong business acumen and can mentor those around them
