Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end supply chain execution for Norway projects from development through construction
  • Personally drive critical procurement, logistics, and materials activities in the start‑up phase

  • Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain roles within mining, heavy industry, energy, or capital projects
  • Strong exposure to project development and construction
  • Proven hands‑on experience in procurement, contracts, logistics, and materials management
  • Experience working with contractors, including EPC / PMC contractors
  • Knowledge of the Norway supplier market and regulatory environment
  • ERP experience required; SAP strongly preferred.

Supply Chain Manager - Norway Location: Nussir Project Site (Kvalsund), Hammerfest, Troms og Finnmark, Norway (Hybrid) Type: Hybrid from home office with frequent travel to Nussir Duration: Full-time Reports to: Director Supply Chain Role Overview We are hiring a Supply Chain Manager - Norway to lead and build the supply chain function for a growing portfolio of Norwegian mining projects, including Nussir and NSG, with potential for future additional projects. Reporting to the Director Supply Chain, this is a hands‑on leadership role in a project development and construction environment. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in execution during the early phases, while also building a scalable Norwegian supply chain organization, systems, and processes in close cooperation with the Director Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Manager will have one report, a Supply Chain Specialist; there is potential to further develop the team.
