- Essential Requirements
- A Computer Science, Math or equivalent Degree or experience.
- At least three years of experience in Desktop Application development.
- Experienced in using the Visual Studio and .Net development environment.
- Competence in object-oriented software design, with appreciation of coding and design for maintainability, extensibility, testability, and reuse.
- Familiar with agile software development processes especially Scrum.
- Foundational understanding of AI-assisted development, including:
- Awareness of when to use AI tools and when manual implementation is more appropriate .
- Ability to write clear, effective prompts to guide AI code-generation and reasoning tools.
- Understanding of different AI model types (e.g., chat models, code-completion models, reasoning models) and their suitable use cases.
