To support Sandoz with the accurate and timely administration of discount agreements. This entails contract interpretation and system entry; validating membership and accurately and timely maintenance of members in the system Job Description Major accountabilities Operational: Evaluate and interpret contracts to ensure correct setting up of membership terms. Create and maintain Indirect/Direct membership information in Model N, SHAPE, and SAP. Review and analyze the customer database and update membership. Conduct Class of Trade research to support Government Pricing calculations. Participate on special projects and support other roles in the department as required. Ensure proper compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls; submit reports necessary to audit tests. Business Partnering: Support contract strategy for Sandoz Biopharma, and/or Sandoz Gx contract teams by ensuring correct implementation of contracts. Partner with the Government Pricing team to ensure accurate pricing calculations. Communicate with wholesalers, GPO, Specialty Groups, HIBCC, IMS and HRSA to determine member eligibility. Work with teams located in Princeton to achieve department objectives. Key performance indicators Accurate & timely set up of customer records. Maintenance of member records by periodic reviews & scrubs. Process improvement and innovation projects improving the efficiency of the department. Ideal background Education MBA (Finance) / M. Com /any other equivalent degree Languages Proficient in English
