Retail Key Account Manager- Ulta Beauty (On-Site)

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to lead our partnership with Ulta Beauty - one of the largest and most influential beauty retailers in the U.S. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day business with Ulta across both brick-and-mortar and online, driving growth through flawless execution, strong relationships, and creative retail activation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-7 years of experience managing Key Retail Accounts, preferably in the beauty or personal care sector. Ulta experience is a MUST.
• Must have dedicated Account Management experience working directly with Ulta Beauty.
• A self-starter, able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication skills both within internal and external stakeholder meetings and management scenarios.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in interpreting sales data and market trends to drive strategy.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
