What you will have an opportunity to do: Job Summary The dynamic Bar Tender will be responsible for delivering friendly, courteous, and efficient beverage service to all guests in the Resort's bars, lounges, and outlets. This role involves expertly preparing and presenting drinks to exact standards, managing bar operations including cash handling and inventory, maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization, and ensuring responsible alcohol service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere in a luxury hospitality environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Service : Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient beverage service with professional presentation. Preparation : Make drinks precisely according to hotel recipes and quality standards. Cashiering : Process orders, manage checks, and handle cash drops via the POS system. Cleanliness : Maintain bar sanitation by cleaning glassware, counters, and equipment throughout shifts. Inventory : Conduct stock counts and report reorder need to the manager. Setup : Stock garnishes, ice, and supplies to ensure service readiness. Compliance : Follow health codes and strictly adhere to alcohol service laws. Satisfaction : Monitor guest experience and upsell premium items when appropriate. Teamwork : Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management for smooth operations. Flexibility : Attend briefings and assist in other hotel areas as business demands. What are we looking for? Education : High school diploma required; hospitality degree or bartending training preferred. Experience : Minimum three years of high-volume bar experience in an upscale lounge, hotel, or resort. Service : Prior hospitality customer service experience strongly preferred. Tech Skills : Proficient with Micros POS (or similar) and basic computer applications.
