We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development & Account Executive who can wear two hats:generating new business and managing existing client relationships. Responsibilities
- Business Development:

- Coordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up communications
- Assist in preparing tailored proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to surface new opportunities
- Account Management:
- Support day-to-day communication with existing clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate client onboarding, project timelines, meetings, and follow-ups
- Build and maintain positive, lasting client relationships
- Gather client feedback and surface opportunities to grow or strengthen accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account activity logs
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree inBusiness, Communications, Marketing, HR, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome- we build talent from the ground up
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and organised - able to manage multiple client touch points simultaneously
- Proactive and self-driven, with a genuine interest in clients' success
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities
- Prior internship in sales, customer service, account management, or consulting is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or project coordination tools is advantageous
- Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or workforce development is a bonus
