About the role
You will serve as the Director in the Workforce Relations and Compensation Division, Office of Civilian Human Resources (OCHR). You will provide leadership and direct subordinate staff in the promulgation of civilian personnel programs such as labor and employee relations, performance management, awards, suitability, leave, telework, drug-free workplace, injury compensation, harassment prevention and response, workplace violence, alternate dispute resolution and benefits support. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Executing, directing, or managing the delivery of civilian federal human resources (HR) services involving Labor and Employee Relations and one or more of the following functions: Performance Management, Awards, Suitability, Leave, Telework, Drug-Free Workplace, Injury Compensation, Harassment Prevention and Response, Workplace Violence, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Benefits Support.
