• Pay Range Data
• New hires generally start at $22.50 per hour with a shift differential of $1.75 per hour for 2nd shift. We base our starting pay offer on job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.

We currently have availability on our second shift: Second Shift: Monday -- Friday, 2:00pm -- 10:00pm As an Assembler, a typical day might include the following: Following detailed work instructions to perform basic production duties such as assembly, operating machinery, packaging products, building products and soldering. Obtaining a basic understanding of quality and productivity standards. Demonstrating a willingness to learn, retain information, and become proficient in basic electronic production processes. Learning and following all safety policies. Developing positive and effective working relationships with co-workers. Other duties as assigned.
