About the role

Our client is a leading main contractor with over 50 years of history in Singapore. Their projects are mainly for Civil Infrastructure Lead the entire tender lifecycle-from identifying opportunities to timely final submission-while continuously improving bidding processes Generate precise costings from first-principle build-ups and conduct detailed quantity take-offs Apply strong technical knowledge of infrastructure works and methodologies to define project scopes and strategic pricing Collaborate cross-functionally to craft compelling, high-quality tender documents that effectively communicate the company's value proposition Evaluate subcontractor quotations, cross-check quantities to prevent omissions, and assess cost impacts (including value engineering and variations) Manage, guide, and mentor the Quantity Surveying (QS) team to ensure high performance and accuracy under tight deadlines skills & experience required Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction/Civil Management Minimum 5 years of tendering and costing estimation / contract management in LTA/MRT Project Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel Proven track record of leading successful bids and securing new business Deep commercial acumen, including expertise in contract law and negotiation strategies If you are interested in the position Please include your availability, expected salary and reason for leaving current job We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA: 94C3609 / Reg: R1325913
