SITE QS ENGINEER - ELECTRICAL (Commercial)

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager in handling general contracts and tender documents.
• Prepare budget costs and estimates as instructed.
• Liaise with suppliers for product and service presentations.
• Provide solutions for technical issues during tender preparation.
• Communicate with internal departments on document coordination and related matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors on billing and quantity follow-up.
• Review and evaluate market unit rates for materials and labour on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Hand over all tender documents and costing to the project team upon award.
• Attend site show rounds for relevant tenders.
• Respond to tender clarifications and support tender interviews and presentations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an M&E subcontractor environment.
