About the role
As an in-house content creator, you will be responsible for executing the vision set by creative strategists. You will perform both direct scripts and improvise concepts sent to you by the creative strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who can be both talent (on-camera) and producer , creating content that feels native, converts, and can be produced at scale.
Responsibilities
- Create dozens of short-form video ads a day
- Be able to learn the ins and outs of repeatable creative formats (e.g., fake podcast, different types of skits, street interviews, etc)
- Collaborate with the creative strategy team to interpret results and ship iterations (new hooks, angles, openings, pacing, CTAs, thumbnails).
- Maintain a content pipeline: content calendar, shot lists, asset management, and versioning.
- Stay current on platform trends, creator formats, audio, editing styles, and best practices-then translate them into winning assets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, product claims, and compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- MUST have hands-on experience with being on camera (ideally ads made for paid social)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative
- Ability to manage creative production workflows
