Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will support the development, coordination, and sustainability of training and continuous improvement activities that strengthen the Conagra Performance System culture within the plant. You will partner closely with plant leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective skills development, standardized training, and continuous improvement practices across all departments. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Maintain professional communication with plant management, safety, quality, team leads, maintenance, and sanitation to reinforce a strong continuous improvement culture. Support the Continuous Skills Development process to ensure consistent, high‑quality training across the plant. Manage document control for training materials, including One Point Lessons, standards, standard operating procedures, playbooks, work instructions, and training videos, ensuring all materials meet plant standards. Coordinate and support the creation of training documentation for new team members in partnership with department leaders and the Continuous Skills Development team. Help develop skills element trees and skills validation checklists and partner with teams to validate skills on a regular cadence. Participate in Continuous Skills Development workstreams to ensure training processes are sustainable and consistently applied. Partner with plant leaders to ensure training programs support quality, safety, and operational excellence. Lead and engage teams to improve training curricula and standard work. Train employees on procedures and maintain accurate training records. Identify skill gaps across the plant and collaborate with leaders to address development needs. Coach continuous improvement methodologies and problem‑solving tools to identify gaps, implement improvements, and eliminate losses. Coach team members on continuous improvement behaviors to support achievement of key performance indicator targets. Support a culture focused on continuous improvement, learning, and positive change. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree preferred, or a high school diploma or GED equivalent required. Three or more years of experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Strong reasoning skills to define problems, collect data, analyze results, and draw conclusions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Physical Requirements More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
