Responsibilities

- EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- Professional Degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program
- 2+ years of professional experience in commercial or healthcare tenant development environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Ability to multi-task with flexibility to change gears quickly
- Self-sufficient, yet able to function as part of a team
- Possess and apply knowledge of basic TAS/ADA state codes and local building codes

- Office environment with some extended hours and frequent travel throughout Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area required.
- Pay Range
- $55,000 - $65,000 USD
