Porter/Shop Assistant

Requirements

• Individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities suited to customer service
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills, bi-lingual is a plus.
• Assist and greet customers when they bring their vehicle in for service.
• Move the customer's vehicle from the service drive
• Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

Join our team: Anderson Automotive Group is looking for an energetic and outgoing personality with a proven track record of customer service to be the first point of contact for our service lane for our Kia of Raleigh site. Our Service Porters ensure and are responsible for providing an inviting and professional experience to the guests who bring their vehicles in for their scheduled maintenance and repairs. The Anderson Automotive Group is a family owned and operated business with over sixty-five years of history. Key details of position Ensure Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI's) are complete for vehicles to ensure safety, and drivability of vehicles Assist with cleaning and organizing the shop Clean cars internally and take them through the car wash to ensure cleanliness and presentability of vehicles.
