Responsibilities

• Follows departmental policies and procedures. Strong background in pay practices and payroll tax. Identifies problems and escalates appropriately. Handles incoming paperwork appropriate for the assignment. High volume emails. Service clients by phone.

• Previous client service experience necessary
• BA Degree MUST
• Prefer payroll/ pay practices background and payroll tax
• Computer savvy
