Deploy, control, and develop all concept activities in workshops (quality, processes, skills, business development, and communication). Drive the acquisition of new workshops and network expansion, including organizing candidate meetings and assessments. Evaluate the market to identify and recruit suitable candidates for workshop concepts, evaluate their business potential, and prepare them for joining the Bosch workshop network. Ensure workshops meet Bosch Car Service (BCS) requirements (CD/CI, training, processes) and address improvement opportunities from audits and assessments. Ensure the implementation of concept packages to workshop partners, achieving economic targets. Enable workshops to maximize turnover and performance while adhering to supplier strategy, quality, and service standards. Establish development plans for workshops in cooperation with sales teams & technical services. Monitor and guide workshops on Bosch Service Excellence implementation and performance. Facilitate and guide workshops on participation in campaigns and promotional B2C activities, including sales promotions and local advertising. Assist in resolving customer complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining service standards. Participate in national and regional BCS conventions and meetings. Provide feedback to regional and country functions on market developments and competition. Regularly communicate and report on workshop performance and development. EDUCATION Relevant Degree or equivalent experience in business or automotive fields Honours in business management is advantageous
